Moodbidri: The department of Mechanical Engineering, Yenepoya Institute of Technology, Moodbidri organized Two day Skill development program on “Joining Processes and Basics of Automotive ” from 10th February to 11th February 2022 at Automotive learning Factory and NMAMIT-Fronius Center for welding technology.
Skill development program sessions include theory sessions on Different types of Welding techniques, Introduction to different types of Engine and also hands on session on TIG welding, MIG welding, Virtual welding, 3D metal printing, Assembly and disassembly of 4 stroke and 2 stroke engines, Parts dismantling and assembling of Ashok Leyland truck. All the Chemistry cycle students of first year attended the Skill development program.
