Yenepoya Institute of Technology – Tiny Tots Fun – 2023…
Moodbidri: Tiny Tots Fun – 2023 was jointly organized by the Rotaract club of Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce and Management (YIASCM) and Yenepoya Institute of Technology (YIT) at the YIT Campus in Moodbidri on 10th April.
The event was inaugurated by Dr. R. G. D’Souza, Principal YIT, and the children present by releasing tri-coloured balloons. Witnessing the inaugural ceremony were Mr. Mervin Jaison Vas, Rotaract Coordinator, YIASCM, Mr. Rakshith Kumar Shetty, Rotaract Coordinator, YIT, Bro. Madhu, Asst. Director, Snehasadan, Mangalore, Rtr. Areez Muhammad, Rtr. Megharaj, Rtr. Aysha Hamna and Rtr. Vaishnavi, Rotaract President and secretaries of YIASCM and YIT.
The children were then distributed kites and were guided by Rotaract volunteers to fly them high in the sky. Prizes were awarded to the children who flew their kites the highest and for the longest duration in the sky. The event also included interesting indoor games, conducted by Rotaract volunteers of YIT and YIASCM, which were thoroughly enjoyed by the children. Attractive prizes were distributed to the winners, and the event concluded with refreshments for all.
The festival was attended by around 75 children and Rotaract volunteers, leaving them with some unforgettable memories and imparting lessons of compassion.
