Prof.Sushma V – Awarded with PhD degree….
Mangalore: Sushma V, an Assistant Professor in the MBA Department at Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management, Mangaluru, has been conferred with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Management from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi. Her dissertation, titled ‘Skill Assessment for Management Students to Enhance Their Employability: A Comparative Study,’ has earned her this prestigious accolade.
Under the guidance of Dr. Vishal Samartha, Professor & Director-MBA Program at Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management, Mangaluru, she conducted her doctoral research.
Sushma V holds certifications as a Master Skills Trainer from BOSCH and Skill India, Govt. of India. She is also the founder of Sahyadri HR Solutions LLP. She is married to Mr. Kannan Nair, Business Development Manager at ACE Promoters & Developers, Mangaluru, and is the daughter of Mr. V Suresh Kumar and Mitha.
