Mangaluru: The Department of Business Administration at Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management is gearing up to host its flagship event, Sahyadri Carnival 2025, on May 23 and 24 at the college campus in Adyar, Mangaluru.
Billed as one of the biggest student-centric events in the region, the two-day carnival will feature a diverse lineup of academic and cultural activities aimed at students from various undergraduate programs. Key highlights of the event include a Job Fair, Market Verse, Student Corner, Sahyadri Whiz Quiz 2025, a Management Fest, and a Faculty Development Programme (FDP).
Over 50 reputed companies are slated to participate in the Job Fair, which has already attracted more than 1,000 student registrations from across academic disciplines, making it a major draw for job seekers and fresh graduates.
The Market Verse and Student Corner segments aim to cultivate entrepreneurial and creative skills among students, providing them with a vibrant platform to display their talents and innovations.

In parallel, the Faculty Development Programme, conducted in association with the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) – Mangaluru Chapter, will delve into “Strengthening Research Skills: Literature Review, PLS-SEM and Scholarly Publication.” The FDP is expected to witness participation from faculty members of various colleges, fostering academic enrichment and collaboration.
