Yenepoya Institute of Technology – Technical seminar…

Moodbidri: Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Department of Mechanical Engineering of Yenepoya Institute of Technology, Moodbidri in association with Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) organized a technical seminar on “Recent Trends in Electric Vehicles and Revolution” on 18th January 2022.

Mr. K. Swaroop shetty , Parivartana EV, Mangaluru was the resource person. Dr.Sathisha N , HOD, department of Mechanical Engineering briefed about the technical seminar. Mr. Prasanna Kumar, HOD , Department of EEE and Mr.Mohammed Shahid, campus admimistrative officer , YIT were present. Seminar was coordinated by Prof.Praveen G.B , Prof. Akshatha N.M, department of EEE and Prof.Raghavendra Baliga, Prof.Harikanth, Department of ME. 7th semester students of EEE and ME were present .

Ayan was the host for the program .Sana H.B delivered vote of thanks. Students learnt about electric bike propulsion, type of battery, speed control and type of motor used and its rating.
