Mangalore: Sahyadri Centre for Future Leaders (SCFL) proudly opened its doors on Dec. 16th  in a grand inauguration ceremony led by Dr. M. C. Sudhakar, the Honourable Minister of Higher Education, Govt. of Karnataka in the presence of MLA Dr. Bharath Shetty & Chairman, Dr. Manjunath Bhandary.

Centre for Future Leaders at Sahyadri is a visionary educational initiative, promises to revolutionize the landscape of higher education, skilling and industry-academia collaboration. Interactive session between the Honourable Minister and students from various engineering disciplines encompassed both the booming IT sector and core engineering fields like Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil, focusing on the expansion of opportunities across the State. The Minister’s affirmative response highlighted plans to enhance both IT and core engineering sectors, acknowledging the current IT boom while emphasizing the resurgence of core engineering fields. The minister’s affirmative response and outlined plans for the year were met with great enthusiasm from the student body.
