Yenepoya Institute of Technology – Technical Event MATRIXFUSION organised by AI&ML Dept…

Moodbidri: The department of Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning(AIML) , Yenepoya Institute of Technology, Moodbidri, in association with Yen Artificia has organized an one day Technical Event MATRIXFUSION on 20th July 2023 for 1st and 2nd year students of YIT.

67 teams from 1st and 2nd year of YIT were participated in the events titled Blind Coding, E-Treasure Hunt, Web Designing, and Tech Talent Hunt.

Thejas Krishna and Arjun of 2nd year AIML secured first Place and Abhinav and Dhanush of 2nd year AIML secured second place for Tech Talent Hunt,

Dheekshith and Shetty Pranav of second year CSE secured first Place and,Abul Khair and Rizwan of 2nd year AIML secured second place in Blind Coding,

Shihab and Rayyan of first year CSE secured first Place and Naveen Airani and Kishor of second year AIML secured second place in E-Treasure Hunt.

Saida Arshi and Saniya of 2nd year CSE secured first Place and Likith Kumar and Yuktha of 2nd year CSE secured second place in Web Designing

The Principal Dr. R.G D’Souza along with Campus administrator Mr. Mohammed Shahid graced the valedictory function and distributed cash prizes, certificates to the winners of the events .Prof. Prasanna Kumar, HOD, AIML, Prof. Abdul Majeed, Prof. Ramya A. were present for the event. Mr.Ayaan compered the programme. Mr. Nihal and Ms Sharanya Shetty of 2nd year AI&ML are Student Coordinators and Prof. Abdul Majeed K.M was the faculty coordinator for the event.The program was Concluded with vote of thanks by Ms Ria of 2nd year AI&ML Department.
