Yenepoya Institute of Technology – WORLD WATER DAY-2022…
Moodbidri: Yenepoya Institute of Technology in association with Ecoclub had organized World Water Day 2022 on 22nd March.
Er. Rajendra Kalbavi , Executive Director, D.K, Nirmithi Kendra, NITK, Surathkal graced the celebrations as the chief guest and resource person. He delivered an expert talk on ‘Groundwater: making the invisible visible’. He explained the importance of water in the current scenario and how to conserve water during this crucial time.
The principal Dr. R. G D’souza in his presidential remarks called for campaigning to save water.
The prizes for the winners of various competitions held on the occasion of Water day were given out.
The Principal Dr. R G D’Souza, Campus Administrator Mr. Mohammed Shahid, Head of various departments, faculty and first year BE students were present during the programme.
