Yenepoya Institute of Technology – Workshop on “Publication tools for scholarly publishing”…

Moodbidri: Central Library of Yenepoya Institute of Technology  in association with ISTE Students Chapter(KA-109) and ISTE Faculty Chapter(KA-126) had organized a one day workshop on “Publication tools for scholarly publishing” for selected students of all branches and all the faculty members on 25th June 2022.

The workshop was inaugurated by lighting up the lamp by the dignitaries.

Joint Head, ICAST, CSIR-NAL, Bengaluru Dr. Shivaram B S was the resource person.  Dr. R G D’ Souza, Principal, YIT, Mr. B Mohammed Shahid, Campus Administrator, YIT, Mr. Satheesh V, Librarian, YIT, Mr. Shashank M Gowda, ISTE Faculty and Student Chapter Coordinator, YIT were present. Ms. Mouna C B, Student 6th Sem, ECE  was the master of ceremony for the event.

The resource person gave insights on the research tools, ethics, publication matrices, difference in genuine journal and predatory journal which will help  young researchers in publishing their research. All the students and faculty of YIT benefited from the workshop.
